Carpet and Vinyl Flooring Services
We provide a selection of Carpet and Vinyl Flooring Services for your desired product, either by visiting one of our three showrooms or by bringing a selection of sampling to you.
We carry out a full on-site measuring service at no charge, and our preference is always to measure before providing a quotation. The samples we provide require no deposit payment, but always required to be returned.
We have a team of fully trained and experienced installers for all types of flooring and flooring works, we also have access to skilled tradesman for any out of the ordinary procedures that may need doing that are outside of the general services that our fitters can cover, we can also arrange for door and kickboard cutting if required, as well as a plumber for removal of appliances for kitchen work and toilet pans when fitting LVT to bathrooms and cloakrooms. Moving furniture and removal of old floorings can also be arranged, please just ask a member of our team.

Carpet Whipping/Binding
We work alongside a company that provide an external whipping service where carpet can be turned into a rug by having the edges bound. This has also been a popular service for those customers opting for a stair runner, where their stair carpet just follows the middle of each step, rather than covering the stairs fully with the edges bound, leaving a much neater edge and better finish.
Residential/Care Homes
We convey a range of slip resistant R10 rated vinyl floorings, and bleach cleanable stain resistant carpeting in stock, and we aim to carry out urgent replacement flooring works for our many care home customers, we will aim to measure, and fit the flooring as quickly as the client requests.
Remnants & Off Cuts
We have a constant variety of off cuts/roll ends & remnants of carpets & vinyl at our warehouse, in various colours & sizes. These are available for both collection and delivery to the local areas. Give one of our showrooms a call with the size requirement, or alternatively call in to our Rustington warehouse where the largest selection of our rems our held. Commercial Flooring
Here at Goring Road Carpets, we execute many installations for new build projects, conversions, extensions and refurbishments, as well as floorings for Surgeries, Dental Practices and an amassing of commercial properties. Our clients include many local building company’s, Estate and Managing agents, who regularly appoint us for work throughout the Sussex area, from new estates in and around Horsham, to large office consortiums in Brighton and the surrounding areas.
Our surgery work is carried out by executive floor layers which are experienced in installing safety flooring with cover former finish when required.
